‘Dual Pilot’Flange Relief Valve provides overpressure protection for bulk plant or pressure vessel relief applications. The unique dual-pilot design allows for the removal of the work?ing pilot for set point verification and maintenance without having to depressurize the tank.
Standard Type 63EG Steel body with Nitrile (NBR) O-rings and upper seals. Standard trim includes hardened 416 Stainless steel valve plug and seat ring. Electroless Nickel Coated (ENC) CF8M Stainless steel linear cage. Nitrile (NBR) O-rings and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) piston ring. Linear main valve flow characteristic.Mounted Dual Pilots. Standard pilot construction materials include Stainless steel body and bonnet and Nitrile (NBR) elastomers. Stainless steel tubing and steel fittings.
